He has a wealth of up to date knowledge (which came in very handy when identifying potential problems with plumbing in a particular unit I was considering) and his experience leaves you feeling confident in your choice. He set up a bunch of showings for me very quickly all of which fit my requirements well. He is very honest without applying any pressure.
